JASPER OUTDOOR LLC is an independent retailer based in Florida. We are not the manufacturer of third-party brands sold on jasper-outdoor.com. We source products directly from the manufacturer or from an authorized wholesale distributor in the United States.
We do not claim that JASPER is the exclusive dealer or the official factory store for every brand in our catalog. Where a product page names a brand, that name identifies the product we sell. Authorization, invoices, and shipping documents stay with our purchasing records.
Authentic products only
JASPER does not offer or sell unauthorized, imitation, replica, or counterfeit goods. We sell new, genuine products unless a product page clearly states another condition.
- We keep invoices for the original purchase of branded goods we sell.
- We keep authorization or distributor documentation from our source when that paperwork is provided.
- We may share relevant documentation with Google, other advertising platforms, or marketplace partners when they request verification.
- We do not alter serial labels, brand marks, or packaging to misrepresent origin or condition.
If you believe an item is not genuine, email support@jasper-outdoor.com with your order number and photographs. We will review the claim and, if the product is not authentic, we will provide a remedy consistent with our Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable law.
Manufacturer warranties
Where a manufacturer provides a warranty, that warranty is offered by the manufacturer under its own terms. JASPER can help you start a claim and will provide purchase proof from your order when needed. Our separate store warranty, if it applies to your item, is described on the Warranty Replacement page.
